Our innovation lab worked hard with Digitas to help produce the Stress-Free Travel with American Express rich media campaign. The banners let the user choose a city then see a live webcam shot of that city directly within the banner ad. Pretty cool stuff!
We were happy to see the ad honored with the Bronze award at the Mixx awards last week in New York. Congrats to everyone involved.

Creative agency glue London was honored by the IABUK for this intense and compelling expanding ad for the Royal Marines.
I'll let you guess which Rich Media technology was used. Yes, my self-promotion is, indeed, pathetic.

It's not yet in the Creative Gallery but this terrific creative for Killington resorts was built using the ultra-cool avatar technology from Oddcast along with XML feeds updating ski conditions, special offers, and marketing messages. Needless to say, it was built using Motif (or else why exactly would I be writing about it).
While I'm blogging I want to give a special shout-out to all the Motif Flash gurus and service specialists out in Colorado. They've been giving me some flack lately for the infrequent blog posts, so this one's for you!

Finally (!) we've update the Motif Creative Gallery with some cool new examples. I personally like the Chris Angel MindFreak ad (featured) because it's got a nice example of video-to-content synchronization. But that's just the ad geek in me talking.
The Dolby ad was featured in iMedia Creative Showcase a while back. Definitely better experienced un-muted.
I've also fixed the Creative Gallery feeds. When the feeds were updated yesterday they weren't working properly. The feeds are a great way to stay on top of the latest Motif creatives without coming back to the site all the time. If you've got a feed reader installed, just click on the links below to add the appropriate feed to your system. If you use a web-based reader like Yahoo or Feedster right-click on the links then copy the link to the appropriate system.
